This timeline is intended to help CUA faculty & staff interested in developing an education abroad or overseas travel program. - CUA Education Abroad Program Proposal & Approval Form
This form is to be completed by CUA faculty & staff planning on developing an education abroad program. It formally proposes a new overseas program and requires approval from department and school. A copy must be sent to the Center for Global Education. - CUA Education Abroad Program Report Form
This form is to be completed by CUA faculty & staff who have developed and led an education abroad or overseas travel program. Its purpose is to coordinate CUA overseas travel and collect data for the university. A copy must be sent to the Center for Global Education.
CUA Education Abroad & Overseas Travel Programs Forms
Legal release forms (to be completed by CUA groups going on overseas travel and copies sent to CGE). Groups participating on an education abroad program through CUA (either short-term or semester/year long) should complete the CUAbroad online application form which already includes the release forms listed below.
